1. Subscription Plans & Billing
- By subscribing to our services, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and renewal policies outlined on our website.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on your chosen plan.
- All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
2. Automatic Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You authorize FaxCar to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.
- Renewal fees will be charged at the current subscription rate unless otherwise notified.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting our support team.
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
4. Subscription Modifications
- You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account dashboard.
- Any changes to your subscription plan will take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
- Upgrades may be billed on a prorated basis, while downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Account Termination
